★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašný nejhorší kadeřnictví vůbec před 2 lety jsem tam byl naposled přestal jsem tuto pobočku navštěvovat po tom co si účtovali 100kc za otupení nůžek mými vlasy ? dnes jsem tam byl znova dat druhou šanci a narazil jsem na 3 ukrajinky co neumí česky, stříhat umí asi jako moje Babička s parkinsnem a pouze za stříhání chtějí 310 Kč ??? Ne dekuju tohle bylo naposled ?? to samí platí pro jejich kolegyně na Luka
 Terrible worst hairdressing ever 2 years ago I was there for the last time I stopped visiting this branch after they charged 100kc for dulling scissors with my hair ? today I was there again given a second chance and I came across 3 Ukrainians who do not know Czech, can cut as my grandmother with parkinson and they only want 310 CZK for cutting ??? No thanks, this was the last time - the same goes for their colleagues on Luka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a booking, agreed on a time the following day. Went there, I was told there was no booking for me. The number I dialled is correct (nowadays phones have memory ... ) so clearly a mess up on their side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to that place, they informed that no free places,and that they going to be busy until next week (but nobody was in , just hairdresser), ok, I decided to leave that place and he again started to play on the phone. Next 15 min I walked around, the same situation . No people, he just didn't want to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it possible to put less than 1 star? They don't care about customers at all((( I had an appointment on certain time, but when came to barber - she is busy, asked me to wait 15 min. When I was back after 20 minutes - she is still busy. Said wait 15 min more. I had no time to wait, so just left. They even didn't say Pardon, for inconvinience... They just turn backs to you and continue doing their own things, no dialogue, not trying to find any solution... Never will come back again and never recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking for the next day (Saturday) OK, I needed to wait for a bit, but I got nice haircut, professionaly done for a good price, out within an hour. No stupid chitchat with customers or among hairdressers, which earned them an extra star;)
