Volala jsem pani na reklamaci, nez se tam vydam s ditetem, abych mela jistotu, ze mi reklamaci uznaji. Prisla jsem na misto, pozdravili jsme se a sdelila jsem, oc se jedna. Pani vedouci resila problem vypadle site - internet a platby kartou. Druha prodavacka vesela dal prodavala nove zbozi zakaznikum, me celych 15 min prehlizely. Syna jsem se celou dobu snazila uplacet jidlem a pitim nacez by mi bylo receno, ze ted tu reklamaci neudelame. Kdyby treba rekla... prijdte za pul hodinky, a pak si muzete vybrat za tu cenu neco jineho? Ne nechaji tam cloveka cekat desitky minut beze slova. Ale toto arogantni chovani me presvedcilo, ze uz sem nepachnu! Odmitla jsem se hadat kvuli 140 Kc a travit tim jeste vice casu a odesla jsem. I arrived at the place, we greeted each other and I said, oc se one. Ms. manager solved the problem of dropped site - internet and card payments. The second saleswoman cheerfully sold new goods to customers, they overlooked me for 15 minutes. I tried to pay my son food all the time and I would be told that I would not make a complaint now. If you have to say ... come for half a watch, and then you can choose something else for that price? I won't let a man wait there for tens of minutes without a word. But this arrogant behavior convinced me that I would no longer smell here! I refused to argue about 140 CZK and spend even more time and left.

Nejprve byla reklamace zamitnuta s oduvodnenim, ze se chnapka ma prat v ruce (i kdyz je na ni jasne vyznaceno prani v pracce na 40st) a kdyz jsem se zamitnutim reklamace nesouhlasila a prisla o 10 dni pozdeji, neverila jsem svym ocim. Radova prodavacka si domu odnesla novou chnapku, vyprala ji a pak mi ji prezentovala. Podle ni jsem musela chnapku vyvarit, protoze ta jeji je v poradku (byla v lepsim stavu, nez ta moje, ale stejne zadna slava). Tolik nasazeni v boji proti zakaznikovi, ktery dodrzel pokyny k prani od vyrobce, jsem jeste nevidela. Asi by ji tech trapnych 150kc za obe suntove chnapky strhli z vyplaty, jinak si tak ofenzivni postup nedokazi vysvetlit. Neuveritelne, ja uz tam nepachnu. According to her, I had to avoid the glove because she was fine (she was in better condition than mine, but still no glory). I haven't seen so much work in the fight against the customer, who followed the washing instructions from the manufacturer. Probably the embarrassing 150kc for both slippers would pull her off the paycheck, otherwise he would not be able to explain such an offensive procedure. Unbelievable, I don't smell there anymore.

Byla jsem velmi mile překvapena, nebyl s tím vůbec problém, paní prodavačka byla velice milá a ochotná. Vše proběhlo během chvilky. Doporučuji Yesterday I was in a newly renovated store to buy a baking pan and today she had to go to replace it. I was very pleasantly surprised, it was not a problem at all, the saleswoman was very nice and helpful. Everything happened in a moment. I recommend

Výměna chybně vybraného a zakoupeného zboží bez problémů! Příště si rád nechám nejdříve poradit, což jsem měl učinit rovnou. Very nice and modern shop. Helpful and kind staff. Offer a range of household goods that belongs there and that I expected there. Exchange of incorrectly selected and purchased goods without any problems! Next time, I'll be happy to get advice first, which I should have done straight away.
E	Elena Bidagaeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám 1 hvězdičku kvůli nepříjemné prodavačce. Obchod nabízí moc pěkné zboží, ale ten servis je jakoby prodávali obyčejné krámy ve stánku v 90h letach. Prodavačka neusmivala, nepozdravila a nepodekovala za nákup. Neprošla mě jednou karta, ona řekla nepříjemném hlasem, že karta není platná a chystála se obsluhovat slečnu, která stála za mnou. To se mi stalo poprvé, že prodejkyně nenabidnula vyzkoušet znovu kartu nebo zaplatit jinou kartou/hotovosti. Zřejmě zaměstnance tohoto obchodu nedostávají bonusy za obrat a jim je jedno jestli někdo přijde vůbec přijde. Pokud nemáte někoho rádi, tak doporučte jemu Orion. I give 1 star because of an unpleasant saleswoman. The store offers very nice goods, but the service is as if they were sold by ordinary shops in a stall in the 90s. The saleswoman did not smile, greet or thank for the purchase. The card didn't pass me once, she said in an unpleasant voice that the card was not valid and was about to serve the young lady behind me. This happened to me for the first time that the seller did not offer to try the card again or pay with another card / cash. Apparently the employees of this store do not receive bonuses for turnover and they do not care if someone comes at all. If you don't like someone, recommend Orion to them.

Ok, I do not need me to smile or say bye or hi, but the workers are so arrogant and unpleasant. They really hate their job. Mabybe the management hired them beause they are the cheapest. I do not recommend Orion at Luziny at all.
