I bought the product and paid for the more expensive shipping, with the product coming to me the next day. The product did not arrive and they did not reply to the email. ??♀️

Amazing deal. A selection of great and beautiful glasses, carafes and equipment for bars, businesses ... and for demanding users at home. Satisfaction and service nice and helpful. I'm not here for the last time. :)

An absolute disaster. I cancel the cancellation order from the beginning of the month. No answer always slot machine! I do not recommend! For me, a bunch of ignorant people! And false reviews don't do that!

Tento e-shop vřele všem doporučuji :)
I ordered glasses from the e-shop, unfortunately some of them did not survive the transport. With the customer support, we solved everything quickly, sent me new ones.
I highly recommend this e-shop to everyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý obchod kde najdete vše co potřebujete. Nový e-shop vypadá skvěle. Nikdy jsem nebyl v kamenné prodejně,ale přes internet už jsem zde nakupoval vícekrát a vždy maximálně spokojen.
Navíc kdykoliv jsem s čímkoliv potřeboval poradit,tak jsem se obrátil na pana Tomáše Kubíčka a ten mi vždy ochotně a hned poradil ?
Takže za mě 5 hvězdiček a určitě ho všem doporučuji ??
Great store where you will find everything you need. The new e-shop looks great. I have never been to a stone shop, but I have shopped here over the internet several times and always maximally satisfied.
Moreover, whenever I needed to deal with anything, I turned to Mr. Tomáš Kubíček and he always advised me willingly and immediately ?
So 5 stars for me and I definitely recommend it to everyone ??
