E	Eva Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel mi nezbyva nez se podelit i o svou negativni zkusenosti. V unoru jsme zde koupili rocni dceri prvni boticky Boots4u za 800kc. Pani prodavacka nam je odprezentovala jako kozene s tim, ze jsou defacto nejvhodnejsi a ze pro ni ani nic jineho ve vel.19 nema. S tim ze doporucila,ze maji pomerne tenkou podrazku, takze to neni na dlouhe litani v zime a kdyz tak to bude chtit silne ponozky. Prestoze se mi kozene nezdaly, rikala jsem si,ze prodavacka se v tom vyzna lepe. Boty dceri dobre sedely a jelikoz v te dobe vetsinu casu sedela v kocarku,tak jsem je vzala. Boty mela dcera max. 10x na noze, pak po kontaktu s vodou pustily barvu jak krepak a cely vnitrek boty se obarvil na ruzovo. Po skonceni Korony jsem boty byla reklamovat. Po mesici mi pani prodavacka mi s usmevem na rtech rekla,ze reklamace nebyla uznana a dost se bavila nad tim,co bych od bot chtela. Ano, ocekavala jsem, ze kdyz mi v profi obchode prodavac proda znackove detske boty na ven, o kterych tvrdi, ze jsou kozene,tak ze se nemusim klepat,kdyz zaprsi nebo dite vlitne do louze,ze bude mit obarvene ponozky i nohy. Asi se ocekavalo,ze boty budu diteti davat do postylky. Takze nedoporucuji ani obchod ani znacku. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to share my negative experience. In February, we bought the annual daughters of the first Boots4u shoes here for 800 CZK. The saleswoman presented them to us as leather, with the proviso that they are de facto the most suitable and that she has nothing else for her in size 19. With the fact that she recommended that they have a relatively thin sole, so it is not for a long litany in winter and if so it will want strong socks. Although I didn't like leather, I thought the saleswoman knew better. The daughter's shoes fit well and since she was sitting in the stroller most of the time, so I took them. The daughter had the shoes max. 10 times on her foot, then after contact with the water they released the color like a crepe and the whole inside of the shoes turned pink. After the end of the Crown, I was complaining about the shoes. After a month, the saleswoman told me with a smile on her face that the complaint was not accepted and had a lot of fun over what I would like from the shoes. Yes, I expected that when a salesman in a professional shop sold me branded children's shoes to the outside, which they claimed to be leather, so I didn't have to knock when it rained or the baby poured into a puddle, that it would have colored socks and feet. It was probably expected that I would put the baby in the crib. So I do not recommend the store or the brand.

We shop here regularly, we like to come back here, we are always willing to advise us here and help with the selection. The sun is the best children's shoes we know.

Jí doporučené botičky syn nesnese, odmítá. Dostal jiné a je spokojený . Pozádali jsme výměnu a spustila se lavina, výmluv, důvodů, poučení co jako rodiče děláme špatně , dítě máme donutit i kdyz bude řvát ,byla a jsem hodně v rozpacich to jsem ještě nezažila . Nechápala jsem,že syn v mé přítomnosti stále žije e dokonce komunikuje . TENTO OBCHOD NÉÉÉ !! ! Very unpleasant and unwilling saleswoman. She herself decided which shoes were the best without giving us the space to choose for our baby. Her son cannot tolerate her shoes, he refuses. He got different and is happy. We asked for an exchange and an avalanche, excuses, reasons, lessons of what we do wrong as parents, we have to force the child even if it screams, and I am very embarrassed I have not experienced it yet. I did not understand that the son in my presence still lives and even communicates. THIS SHOP NÉÉÉ !! !

Bohužel, personál v obchodu je nepříjemný a člověk má pocit, že je tím, že potřebuje dítěti koupit boty, obtěžuje. Škoda, chodila jsem zde dosud ráda, ale budu chodit jinam. I appreciate the relatively large selection of quality children's shoes and other products. Unfortunately, the staff in the store is uncomfortable and one feels that it is annoying that the child needs to buy shoes. It's a pity, I've loved going here so far, but I'll go somewhere else.

L	Lucie Klocová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smutná zkušenost. Možná špatný den, ale přístup chladný, jako by člověk obtěžoval. Žádná interakce dítětem. Ve výsledku i velmi nehezký výběr pro náš případ. Mohu srovnat s jinými prodejnami dětské obuvi např. na Praze 6, kam chodíme moc rádi i rádi zaplatíme za kvalitu a hlavně ten přístup. Sem se již nevrátíme. Sad experience. Maybe a bad day, but the approach is cold, as if you are bothered. No interaction with the child. As a result, a very ugly choice for our case. I can compare it with other children's shoe stores, for example in Prague 6, where we go very much and we like to pay for the quality and especially the approach. We will not return here.
