K	Kája Šebková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaměstnanci jsou otrávení, že vůbec něco musejí dělat. Špatný přístup k lidem, špína. Byla jsem jen na nastřelení náušnic a paní mi to nastřelila křivě. Určitě nedoporučuji! Employees are annoyed that they have to do something at all. Bad approach to people, dirt. I was just about to shoot the earrings and the lady shot it at me. Definitely not recommended!
P	Pavlína Šimandlová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byly jsme zde s kamarádkou na nastřelení náušnic a znovu už rozhodně nepřijdeme. Volaly jsme jeden den dopředu a bylo nám řečeno, že můžeme dorazit kdykoli a bez objednání. Další den nám nabručená paní na recepci oznámila, že nastřelování náušnic probíhá až od 13:00 a že jsme se měly objednat. V okolí jsme bohužel žádné jiné studio nenašly, byly jsme tedy nuceny čekat 4 hodiny před kadeřnictvím. Po 13. hodině se nás ujala paní a odvedla nás do místnosti na nastřelování náušnic. Uši očistila papírkem namočeným v dezinfekci (použila ten stejný na nás obě dvě) a pak ho pohodila na stůl. Dále na uši namazala gel (na rukách neměla rukavice, ani si je nevydezinfikovala). Potom nám dala do ruky fix a poručila, abychom si tečky pro umístění náušnic nakreslily samy. Nastřelování bylo celé zmatené, prostředí špinavé a zaměstnanci neskutečně otrávení. Ani nás nepřekvapuje, že náušnice jsou nastřelené nakřivo. Cena je sice příznivá, ale příště si ráda připlatím v nějakém serióznějším studiu. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. My friend and I were here to shoot earrings and we will definitely not come again. We called one day in advance and were told that we could arrive at any time and without an order. The next day, the grumbling lady informed us at the reception that the earrings had been fired only from 1:00 pm and that we should have ordered. Unfortunately, we did not find any other studio in the area, so we were forced to wait 4 hours before the hairdresser. After 1 pm, the lady took us and took us to the earring room. She cleaned her ears with a paper soaked in disinfectant (she used the same one on both of us) and then tossed it on the table. She also applied gel to her ears (she did not have gloves on her hands, nor did she disinfect them). Then she put a marker in our hand and told us to draw the dots for placing the earrings ourselves. The shooting was confusing, the environment dirty, and the staff incredibly annoyed. It doesn't surprise us that the earrings are shot at an angle. The price is favorable, but next time I will be happy to pay extra in a more serious studio. Definitely not recommended.

L	Lucie Bláhová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem z dcerou na nastřelení náušnic. Den dopředu jsem volala a byla jsem ujištěna, že mám přijít druhý den bez objednání kdykoli mezi 13.00 a 18:00 hodinou. V 16:00 hodin však na místě paní co nastřeluje náušnice nebyla a otrávená paní na recepci se nám ani neomluvila. Bylo pár slz, dcera měla nastřelení vymodlené jako dárek k svátku. No tak jsme se tam a domů projely hodinu metrem zbytečně. Zpětně jsem ráda že s tímto přístupem dceři ucho nepíchla a vše jsme profesionálně vyřešili v piercing salonu. I was with my daughter to shoot earrings. The day before I called and I was assured that I should arrive the next day without an appointment at any time between 13.00 and 18:00. At 16:00, however, the lady who was shooting the earrings was not there and the annoyed lady at the reception did not even apologize to us. There were a few tears, the daughter had the shot prayed as a holiday present. Well, we drove there and home by subway for an hour unnecessarily. In retrospect, I am glad that she did not stab her daughter's ear with this approach, and we solved everything professionally in the piercing salon.
