★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to visit this barbershop for the 5th time today and my previous positive experience has been absolutely destroyed by poor time management. I had an appointment for 11:45 and arrived on time. There was a different master today (I made a reservation the day before). When I arrived he was still finishing with another client and asked me to wait for a couple of minutes. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes which is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful to the client's time.
I'm very upset with the fact that an amazing place where I was getting great service for several months demonstrates this attitude. I was actually promoting u Břitvy to a lot of colleagues of mine. Never gonna happen again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, very professional. Good, informal atmosphere. Great coffee as well. Better to book in advance. I hope that Covid won't affect the ability of this business to carry on. They are one of the best barber shops I've ever used (globally ;-).
