★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otevírací doba od 9 hodin a v 9: 30 hodin nikdo nikde? To asi nebude seriózní podnik kam by se chtěl jít člověk ostříhat. A opět stojím a čekám jsem objednán a hodinu po otevírací době nikdo nikde říkal jsem si budiž jednou ale vidím že je to asi v tomhle podniku pravidlo že ani na o objednané zákazníky neberou zřetel a klidně si neotevrou.
 Opening hours from 9 am and 9:30 am nobody anywhere? It probably will not be a serious business where you want to go hair cut. And again I stand and wait ordered and an hour after the opening hours nobody anywhere I told myself once but I see that it is probably in this business rule that even the ordered customers do not take into account and calmly do not open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednán ale před provozovnou fronta, dámy to berou očividně podle popořadě. Není mi pak jasné, proč se musím objednávat a pak navíc stát hodinu před provozovnou, než na mě přijde řada.
Ordered but in front of the operating queue, the ladies obviously take it in order. Then it is not clear to me why I have to order and then stand an hour in front of the store before it's my turn.

I dont recommend this salon, they cheating customers who doesnt speak czech. I have paid 400kc only for haircut. Becarefull with this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ONLY attraction here used to be the 100 Kc price, which is now higher (the price, but not the name, was changed). The girls who cut hair here change very often. and are usually inexperienced. There is usually a wait, because of the originally attractive price. They do not speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awful place! I made an appointment directly. The next day I came and the Czech lady told me that she was left alone due to a day off of the colleague, so she is not able
to do my haircut today and I need to make a new appointment. May be, it’s ok. But it was my second visit. The first time I did an appointment via phone and when I came there was no free slot for me :( So, no haircut for two visits. Completely disrespectful regarding time of the client. I expected a bad haircut, but not a bad service ? Or, it’s better to say - NO SERVICE
