P	Peter Fukan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big place designed for people with cars. Good choice of produce... could be cheaper... prices are very similar to UK???? Had the pleasure to meet some of the moody staff...it was a little annoying but also quite funny... and I chose to be amused by it ;-)

A	Ashley Brooke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer some foods that you can't find anywhere else in Prague (like pearl couscous), but the vegetables and fruits were a disgrace. Also, I only gave this location 2 stars because of the behavior of the staff towards me. When i went through the self checkout, I didn't notice the terminal asked for my pin. So I picked up my bag and started walking away. A member of the staff ran at me and started screaming at me about the pin. I don't speak Czech well so I said "Ah, pin. Promiňte." Yet, she continued yelling at me as though I was a criminal even as I went back to put my pin in. Give me a break.
D	Dianna H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally speaking, the actual store has a good variety of products. However, some of the staff are super rude and have very little customer service etiquette. In the self check out section, the machine was asking me how I'd like to pay, and I pressed the option but nothing happened. A lady cleaning the touch screens and checkout area came over and started stabbing her finger on the screen aggressively and speaking rude just because I didn't know how to operate the machine correctly. She then went on to finish cleaning and was slamming down the blue roll and cleaning products to prove a point that she was annoyed by me just being there. In a store like this, with customers who need assistance, why don't you provide staff that actually want to serve customer service and be kind and polite. Having staff that don't even seem to want to work and are annoyed when they have to isn't giving the brand a good name. This is one of many incidents of lack of customer care in this store I've witnessed.
S	Stanislav Nedbálek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit renovated, has few self checkout kiosks, but there are still plenty of regular checkout, that are not really used most of the time. Also does not have the scan&go shopping yet.
K	Kennet Heggelund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasently surprised about this kaufland location. If you have issuses with dairy because of the lactose, then this store has a much wider variety of lactose free cheeses than other stores :-)
