★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of products, reasonable prices, horrible customer service. Albert always gets plenty of clients but there are very few cashiers open. In addition, technical problems occur so you have to stay in long quenes. Billa is simply better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden underground gem in Prague. Great shopping below street level. Reasonable pricing and good selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best mart in the neighborhood by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assortment is ok, but the staff is not so kind. At the cashier desk I already few times experienced not good service - no please, thank you, throwing bill at the customer. I feel pressure to hurry up and to pack the groceries and pay extremely quickly, otherwise they are "angry". For me this is too much stress, I prefer other shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best supermarket in East Holešovice. They have much more interesting choice of food than Billa, especially when it comes to fresh products, ready meals, and plant-based products, even if maybe slightly more expensive.
There is also enough room to move around without jumping into people like I've seen in other supermarkets in Prague.
