Odpoved majiteli: Byli pozvani jsme na rozlucce se svobodou. Lod mela poruchu a kapitan byl arogantni. Jak jsem cetla nejsem sama, kdo mel podobnou zkusenost, kvuli starym lodim. Cely program rozlucky se nam tak zhroutil.
Tragic actions and old ships.
Answer to the owner: We were invited to say goodbye to the bachelor. The ship was broken and the captain was arrogant. As I read, I am not alone in having a similar experience, due to the old ships. The whole farewell program collapsed.

Perfect voyage, fast and clear agreement with the company SP Praha, pleasant and helpful crew, nice, clean boat. Everything was exactly as stated on the website and agreed. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have planned with SP-Praha Ltd. our holidays this July (2020) in The Netherlands. Unfortunately, the boat marina in Netherlands did not re-open due to the Covid issues and hence, we had to cancel our holidays.
However, several things we can review and would like to review here - despite the difficult situation, SP-Praha was trying to help us find a replacement boat. They always replied to any email with questions we had, and that said, we had many (it was our first time planning holidays on boat). They were always very patient, professional, fast and friendly. After we had to cancel, we received all our money back within an hour or so. The customer care is super nice and we are definitely gonna come back!
We wish SP-Praha lots of success and we hope they manage to get through this difficult Covid situation without much damage.
