★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, to my taste. Knowing the purpose of the trip the company has given us one kayak not suitable for it and one spraydeck which would not fit any of the boats. Both without any attempt to inform us. When we contacted the company we were told that this is because no other options were in stock. The staff only distanced themselves form the mistake with spray deck claiming that this is normal practice and nobody has complained yet.
