★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem v šoku. Prijemnem:) sel jsem si koupit kolo, nebyl jsem si dopredu jist, ale s tim zakaznickym pristupem jsem nemohl dopadnout jinak:) nez, ze jsem si to kolo koupil. Tancovali kolem me 3 panove, vsichni neskutecne vstricni. A slecna, ktera mi uvarila kafe. Kdyz jsem mel pak jeste dotaz mailem, rovnou mi nekdo volal zpet. Ten kdo vybiral zamestnance, je neskutecne talentovanej. Tomu rikam skvela customer ecperience. Vyridte pochvalu vsem, co tam vcera byli a prodali mi kolo orbea alma m50. Tesim se na dalsi navstevu a zaroven “bojim”, co si zas koupim ?
I was shocked. I accept it :) I went to buy a bike, I wasn't sure in advance, but with that customer approach I couldn't turn out otherwise :), except that I bought the bike. There were 3 gentlemen dancing around me, all unbelievably accommodating. And the lady who made me coffee. When I had another inquiry by e-mail, someone called me straight back. The one who selected the employees is incredibly talented. Tomu rikam skvela customer ecperience. Give thanks to everyone who was there yesterday and sold me an orbea alma m50 bike. I'm looking forward to the next visit and at the same time I'm "afraid" of what I'll buy again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0. Poor service - 4 days to adjust gears, Poor quality - gears jumping on first ride. Expensive - 450 CKZ for this simple job. Never going to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tri Expert is equipped with a professional bike-fitting machine which allows for real-time adjustment of all coordinates while you are pedalling. Mr. Dubec is a great professional who knows his stuff. Not only when it comes to bike fitting but he can also provide valuable advice regarding excersises needed to fix one's physiological weaknesses. And he is really cool guy :-) Highly recommended!
