★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Člověk by za ty peníze čekal trochu jiný servis. Komunikace strašná. Organizace peklo. Člověka nebaví čekat několik týdnů na vyřešení úkonů, které trvají 5 minut. Nedělá to určitě dobrou reklamu ani výrobci, tedy dveřím Sapeli. Jinak produkt samotný by byl v pořádku, kdyby nebyly problémy s provedením, reklamacemi a výše zmíněným. (Kdybyste potřebovali zefektivnit firemní procesi a zapracovat na komunikaci s klienty a uvnitř firmy, mohu vám doporučit firmy, které se tomu věnují. Znovu už bych si od vás dveře dodat nenechal.)
One would expect a slightly different service for the money. Terrible communication. Organization hell. One does not enjoy waiting several weeks for tasks that take 5 minutes to resolve. It certainly doesn't do a good advertisement even for the manufacturer, that is, the Sapeli door. Otherwise, the product itself would be fine if there were no problems with the design, complaints and the above. (If you need to streamline your business process and work on communication with clients and within the company, I can recommend companies that are dedicated to it. Again, I would not have the door from you.)
