★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem v pondělí, bez objednání, objednávka přijata rychle i s předběžnou kalkulací a jasnou domluvou o převzetí ve čtvrtek odpoledne. Ve středu info o průběhu servisu a očekávané částce za servis. Ve čtvrtek odpoledne sms s částkou a oznámení o možnosti převzetí kola. Kolo vyzvednuto ve stavu, kdy jsem si nebyl jist, jestli je to to samé kolo, protože takhle čisté nebylo snad ani v továrně. Při předání kola předána doporučení o péči o kolo atd. Vše velmi jasné a přátelské. Ze zkušenosti s dalšími servisy toto bylo setkání jak z jiné planety. Žádné… máme toho moc a přijďte jindy a bude to možná za 14 dní atd. prostě jasně, rychle a srozumitelně. Můžu jen doporučit.
