Naše firma se již od roku 2006 zabývá se městskou cyklistikou a cykloturistikou zejména proto, že jde o maximálně šetrný a udržitelný způsob každodenní dopravy a trávení volného času. Kdykoli nahradíte jízdu autem nebo let letadlem za kolo, minimalizujete svoji uhlíkovou stopu, jste více v krajině a uvědomujete si její půvab a křehkost. Život na kole je možná trochu pomalejší, ale zároveň intenzivnější. Při vynaložení relativně malých finančních prostředků může být váš pohyb nejen zdravý ale především svobodný. I ve městě pak jízda na kole neznamená řešení z nouze ale výraz životního stylu, kterému nelze upřít eleganci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chalani zo citybikes v Prahe boli uzasny! Na pockanie (10 minut) mi opravili, resp. vymenili prednu pneu na mojej kolobezke. Spravili mi den krajsim kedže som cakala ze vymena bude trvat aj par dni:) Určite sa tam vratim, ak budem mat hocijaky problem s mojou kraskou:) Dekuji
Kolobezku som ani nekupovala u nich, bola som tam prvykrat a boli super ochotni, uplne vsetci traja ktori tam boli:) Este raz velka vdaka
 The guys from the citybikes in Prague were amazing! After waiting (10 minutes) they corrected me, resp. they replaced the front tire on my bike. They made my day better because I expected the exchange to take a few days :) I'll definitely be back if I have any problem with my beauty :) Thank you
I didn't even buy a bike with them, I was there for the first time and they were super willing, absolutely all three who were there :) Thanks a lot again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional conduct - order of a bike lock - took them 3 days to confirm the order and on the 5th day, after confirming the order was received and is being processed, I have received an email :
“We are sorry but there’s been a mistake, we do not have the bike lock in stock and it would take a substantial amount of time to deliver, therefore we are returning your money, have a nice day”
This of course might be an actual mistake but based on other comments, probably not.
