Eshop je absolutně nefunkční, jako u všech těchto obchodů s premiovymi značkami kol. It's been more than a month since I ordered the goods. Nothing arrived and no one even responded to the urgent emails. The e-shop is absolutely non-functional, as with all these stores with premium bike brands.

Co mi ale udelalo nejvetsi radost a proverilo obchod i servis, byla prestavba meho gravelu (upgrade komplet osazeni, nova sada kol). Pan Tomas Smicka posbiral informace o kole a v soucasnem komponentovem suchu (kde mi v jinych obchodech/servisech rekli, ze mam pockat do jara a pak se uvidi) pripravil idealni nabidku prestavby, ktera byla o par dni pozdeji kvalitne realizovana. Nasledovalo odborne doserizeni po 200km v garancce…ted uz jen spokojene jezdim. Doporucuji. I have shopped here several times - Garmin bike comp, cleaning kit - all in time, no problem, good communication. But what made me the most happy and checked the shop and service was the rebuilding of my gravel (upgrade set, new set of wheels). Mr. Tomas Smicka gathered information about the bike and in the current component drought (where they told me in other shops / services that I should wait until spring and then see each other) prepared an ideal offer for the reconstruction, which was implemented well a few days later. This was followed by professional finishing after 200 km in the warranty - now I just drive happily. I recommend.

Pro fajnšmekry různé lahůdky Bianki, Eddie.... Hoši držte se a jen tak dál. ?? Best ? Bike shop ever. He understands the wheels. Fair prices. Service fast and at a good price. No "complete tour for 1390". Fair dealings and prices. Kola Cube. For connoisseurs of various delicacies Bianki, Eddie .... Guys, hold on and so on. ??

Servis za 3 dny hotov, kolo jezdí jako blesk, není co dodat :) Díky! I gave Bikeinvest a road for service before the season, the service technician / salesman willingly discussed my questions with me. Service done in 3 days, the bike rides like lightning, there is nothing to add :) Thanks!

Zboží jsem si osobně vyzvednul a rovnou zkonzultoval některé další témata týkající se komponentů na mé silničního kolo. Dostal jsem skvělou konzultaci spolu s případnou nabídkou na sestavení. Mohu jen vřele doporučit. I was buying through web shop and the purchase went without any issues. Goods collected personally and while visiting shop did as well some consultancy about other parts of my bike. Got perfect advices together with offer of help to get parts into my bike. Fully recommended Internet shopping, everything went perfectly well. I picked up the goods in person and immediately consulted some other topics related to the components on my road bike. I received a great consultation along with a possible offer to build. I can only highly recommend. I was buying through web shop and the purchase went without any issues. Then it comes out that the reparation is not possible but I have to pay the same amount of money agreed even though the work is not completed. Asking for explanations, they get nervous and say they can’t do anything else. Mmm, I can understand the language/communication difficulties, but still not great customer service! Not talking about honesty...
