Nejdřív jsem domluvila testovačku, Jirka (pan majitel) byl velmi vstřícný a kolo mi půjčil na celý den; záhy poté jsem se rozhodla pro jeho koupi. Původně jsem ho plánovala koupit tak, jak jsem ho testovala, po velmi milých a přínosných debatách s Jirkou jsem se rozhodla, že zůstane vlastně jen rám. Dostala jsem dokonalého gravela se všemi komponenty a detaily, které jsem si vymyslela (i těmi, které mě ani nenapadly) - mírně Jirku podezírám, že to kolo stavěl "jakoby ho stavěl pro sebe". Pokud chcete skvělou radu, dokonalé kolo a velmi osobní přístup, gravelbike.cz je přesně to místo, které Vám doporučím! Toto mi na mou objednávku odpověděl pan owner Jiří Nykl . Dobrý den, bohužel nemám ani jeden produkt který chcete, takže tu objednávku budu muset zrušit. Po nekonečném zkoumámí všech pro a proti, porovnávání apod. na internetu jsem si uvědomil, že nejlepší řešení bude si kola obhlídnout live a celou věc probrat s někým, kdo se v tomto oboru vyzná a dokáže smysluplně poradit. gravelbike.cz s jeho prodejnou je přešně to pravé místo! Jirka (majitel) kolem/gravelem žije a v přístupu je to hodně poznat. Již zpočátku člověk zjistí, že se zde nenabízí věci a kola neodzkoušené a jen z důvodu rychlého zisku. Přednost má kvalita a smyslupné argumenty pro konkrétní komponenty a výběr kola pro zamýšlený styl ježdění. V žádném případě zde neplatí pravidlo, co je drahé, je dobré. Platí zde, co je kvaltiní je doporučeno, co není, tak bohužel ne. Člověk si tak případně ušetří zbytečný mezistupeň zklamání a následné koupě něčeho lepšího. Pokud mi rozumíte;) Oceňuji i celkovou komunikaci a následnou péči po koupi, včetně doporučení na servis apod. 10/10 I chose the Gravel bike for almost half a year and about five bike models advanced to the finals. After endless researching all the pros and cons, comparisons, etc. on the Internet, I realized that the best solution would be to watch the bikes live and discuss the whole thing with someone who is familiar with this field and can provide meaningful advice. gravelbike.cz with its store is exactly the right place! Jirka (owner) lives around / gravel and there is a lot to know about the approach. From the very beginning, one finds out that things and bikes are not offered here untested and only because of quick profits. Priority is given to quality and meaningful arguments for specific components and the choice of bike for the intended riding style. By no means does the rule that what is expensive is good. It applies here, what is quality is recommended, what is not, so unfortunately not. In this way, a person saves unnecessary intermediate stages of disappointment and the subsequent purchase of something better. If you understand me;) I also appreciate the overall communication and subsequent care after the purchase, including recommendations for service, etc. 10/10

M	Marcel Ene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience I had with this shop was awesome! I bought a pear of skiboards from them. I bought them using the online shop they own, called skiboards.eu. The tools are Eman Goat 129 cm skiboards and I bought them for ski touring since they come with ski touring bindings. However, I used them on groomer slopes as well. So after some intense using, I managed to brake a binding and delaminate one of the boards. The shop's customer service was excelent and they send me a replacement for each of the broken parts. And they dit it fast. So I can be nothing but happy with how the shop handle my problem. And of course I recommend them!
