★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a cellar cleared, and had these guys over the next day. Two guys show up with a big van, they were cool, efficient, and did the job well. However, there was an issue when figuring out the fee and when I called the customer service was very rude and snappy. I paid what they asked, and now checking their fees/rates on their website it looks like they also overcharged me (according to the website the work should have only cost about 1000Kc, they charged me over 3000Kc).
Check the website for their fees first instead of just calling like I did to avoid getting ripped off.
EDIT: Originally this was a 3/5, but I lowered it to a 2. As you can see, the owner is a shockingly unprofessional person who is not only rude on the phone, but will insult people who give his business a review he doesn't like.
As to what he's talking about, on the phone he refused to be able to give me an amount that the services might cost, saying that it was generally 500Kc an hour and that a quote was impossible because they did not know how long it would take. After I agreed to this general price range he charged me over 3000Kc for 70 minutes of work Now, after the fact, he's apparently upset that I didn't try to pull his teeth harder to get a real answer for the price prior(as he was very nonresponsive to my questions about price anyway).
TL;DR: The movers themselves are great, but the guy who runs the place sucks.

I could not manage to get the empty boxes as I requested late and ended up buying some but that's only an additional service and thus not rating on that.
