★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient for the people in the nearby office buildings. Great weekly promotions on fresh produce. It is a small billa to do your weekly shopping, but nice to have to grab something small during the workday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a daily customer I can state with confidence that some staff members (including the shop management) are consistently and genuinely unpleasant. Somehow they seem to always oust the nice assistents, these usually don't last long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a really good shop assistant who speaks really good English. He asks about your day and always smiles (it makes a big difference). The shop has everything you need and is good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small grocery with the basic selection of all you need. I found couple of times things which were expired already, hence recommend to pay attention to the dates. If you want to have better prices for some items, you would need to ask to be the Billa Club member

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a good supermarkt, but today the cashier let me wait the whole time until I was next in line, and then she closed the gate right in front of me and said, sorry, it's closed now and I would have to go to the end of the long queue at the other desk that they just opened, and I had only ONE bottle on the belt. I asked them to accept me since I was already there, but they refused. Needless to say that I left the bottle and won't go there again. There are plenty of shops in the neighborhood and I'd rather walk 5 mins more for a better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some very nice staff and overall not bad food selection, but don't even bother going there between 6-7 pm on working day. Massive queue and 1 person at the cash desk. Save yourself some time, go to Albert nearby which has self-service checkouts.
