When I approached this company, I asked why they had negative reviews. I understand that most people only write when they are dissatisfied. But that does not come to me objective. Especially when my order was serial number 1385/2018. They are great for me !!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND to reach out to this business. First, they bring otherwise made glass (larger). Then in the email promises to produce new replacement glass, because the hardened glass can not be additionally treated. In the next visit they bring the old glass modified and claim that it was finally possible to modify. Is it glass hardened or not? Third mounted. Everything takes too long. Arrogant and unprofessional behavior. When you run through the wiring in your wall (I don't understand why they didn't use the tester like all the other craftsmen who worked on the house), they're trying to disguise the tape instead of automatically arranging for an adequate remedy. When you push them to invite an electrician to repair the drilled cables, you have to make a hole in the wall yourself or partially seal it with some glue in your tube. Finally, they send you an invoice with the due date yesterday and 2 days after installation and threaten the court. The penalty in the business conditions is 3000, - once + 0,5% daily. I definitely do not want this experience to anyone! Whenever I go through the kitchen and see the glass, I feel bad.

Unpleasant behavior, arrogant, as if she were the only company under the sun. Unfortunately, I had no choice because the kitchen studio is working with them. The focus has been on the unfortunate assembler who is dealing with you as a full blunt. The contract is delivered within 15-20 working days, after 3 weeks I laughed at the phone that where I live I have 25 days (before that I she only waited for focus for 3 weeks!) So far, I have not seen the outcome of their work, but never again because of indecent negotiations. Experience with the installation: the assembly took place without any problems, except that the graphic designers of this company do not know what the RED looks ... the glass should be black and red, and it is pink-purple in the daylight. We have complained about it, the "smart master" has come and told me that it will NEVER resolve it.On the second day he sent me an email saying that he did not find a mistake with the graphics ... Which does not interest me as a customer because I have it and not them in the kitchen. I did not pay the rest of the price so I'm waiting for someone to hear me or not ...

I give five stars !!! I have to say that during the reconstruction of our family house I have experienced from the side of craftsmen, various companies many things, perhaps I will not write about it :-). The company Stained Glass recommended by our neighbor, where I saw a glass panel in the kitchen, but I have to commend. Even at the point of focus, the technician reminded me that my idea of ​​how I would like to have a shower is not realistic. After reviewing, I got advice and the result really worth it. I feel now in the bathroom like in a hotel :-) also thanks to a large-area mirror placed on the wall above the sink. THANK YOU FOR A PROFESSIONAL WORK. Marie Branerová

I have only bad experience with this company (with the Prague branch). At first, it was a problem to agree on the order, because the company was still pulling a friendly company Dušek kitchen, which were not even interested in it and, unlike Colored glasses, behaved reasonably and very accommodating. Then they lost both my payment and my e-mail, so the glass started to be produced after 9 more days, when everything was found out. The fact that they had lost other payments did not make them able to check the payments they lack. 3 days before the date when the glass was to be really finished, I called the company if it was possible to arrange for the assembly, because I needed it before my husband went to surgery. Apparently not, but on Friday someone will contact me. No one answered. I called on Monday, Mr. Řezníček was very reluctant, but he said he would find out and call back. After 2 hours I called, assembly maybe first on Thursday. When I asked why he hadn't called me, he said he had enough time to work. Installation took place after 6 weeks of sighting, after more than 5 weeks of payment, and after 4 weeks of the time when Color Glass noticed that they had paid. In the office they are very unreliable, they follow the motto "promise you will not grieve". But when they say they call, don't wait, it didn't happen once, although I've heard that promise at least three times. Fortunately, the assembly itself was fine and the glass looks nice. But it wasn't worth the nerves. The company cannot communicate, decency tells them nothing, you can only dream of some customer care.

Hello 21.2. By 2020, we installed glass behind the countertop and the island in the kitchen. I would like to thank you very much for this work, it was done very precisely, even your employees managed to solve the problem with the uneven wall at the islet, see the photo, which was not easy at all. Very good communication - the company came back immediately when I sent a request. Even when aiming the glasses, the technician suggested how not to glue the bar but to measure the holes on the bar screws. I can only recommend this company - good attitude to the customer, clean and nicely done work. The glass magnified the kitchen even more, because light is reflected from them, and it looks clean now.
