★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za nás špatná zkušenost! Přes internetový obchod Basket-obchod objednány boty, bílo červené. Přišly boty černé , faktura na bílo červené! Řešeno telefonicky s panem majitelem. Boty jsme vraceli osobně na prodejně, abychom získali alespoň zpět platbu za dopravu. Vrácená platba za boty do 14 dnů od vracení. Platba za 14 dnů nepřišla, proto opět komunikace asi s panem majitelem . Platba nebyla odeslána z neznámých důvodů, ihned že ji tedy odešle! Opět nic! Po další urgenci platba dorazila.
Pokud by neproběhla záměna za jinou ( námi nechtěnou) barvu, proběhlo by vše v pořádku.
Slušné chování, to ano.. ale žádná omluva za chybnou objednávku, urgence ohledně vracení peněz .. zde již objednávat nebudeme ! Nebyla naše vina chybně zaslána barva, nechápu tedy, nač čekat 14 dnů na své peníze .. ?♂️
 Bad experience for us! Online shop Basket-shop ordered shoes, white-red. Shoes came in black, invoice in white and red! Solved by phone with the owner. We returned the shoes in person at the store to get at least a refund for shipping. Refunded payment for shoes within 14 days of return. Payment for 14 days did not arrive, so again communication with the owner. The payment was not sent for unknown reasons, so he will send it immediately! Nothing again! After another emergency, payment arrived.
If there was no exchange for another (unwanted) color, everything would be fine.
Decent behavior, yes .. but no excuse for a wrong order, urgency regarding refunds .. we will not order here anymore! Our guilt was not sent the color wrong, so I do not understand why wait 14 days for your money .. ?♂️

Today i had one of the not pleasent times when i had to return an item. They were super nice about it and solved the problem immediatelly. I liked the experience that they don't only sell but care about you afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect shop in Prague for all basketball lovers. The place is nice, calm and with a maximum of basketball items (shoes, caps, jerseys, socks, etc.). Without forgetting the salesmen who are at the top. In short ... All that is missing is television with the NBA matches of the 90s and good old rap to listen to and this place will be just magical. I recommend it with your eyes closed.
