They are professional, but in a way that they show their passion and love for their work by also being informal in a good way. More than recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been visiting Dr. Anna Goldsbrough Trvda with our French Bulldog who's suffering from an allergy problem. I can highly recommend her expertise and good / friendly communication. She's fluent in Czech and also English. Price level was low, especially regarding the quality of the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse was wonderful but we had a really bad experience with Dr. Ivo Stehlik. I went there for my cat and it was not a pleasant experience. He barely checked my cat's teeth and brushed away some of my concerns without taking the time to listen to me. Also, he shaved a large area of my cat's fur for a blood sample without taking care to minimize the shaved area. Really sorry for the negative review but we didn't have a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog Nixon had long term problems with infected paws, we visited many vets, but they always treated him topically and never looked for the cause of his problems. It wasn't until we made an appointment with MVDr. Anna Tvrdá that his problem was solved - she was the first one who took the time to look into his condition to find the real cause and finally help him. Unlike many other vets (who often try to sell you on the most expensive treatments to make profit from your pet's suffering), she and all the staff really care about their patients and do everything they can to help them and take good care of them.
We have been going to Pet Care Clinic for three years now and we'll definitely stay with them. I can 100% recommend it to everyone who's looking for professional and kind vet(s) for their beloved pets.
