We were ordered for a certain hour. Mr. "Doctor" took us after an hour in the waiting room. It was just a check after treatment from the previous day (aspen in the paw). .You charged 720 CZK for treatment without any document. The doctor assured us the day before that we will not pay anything. But the doctor decided to charge a fee of 200 CZK as an emergency surcharge. Maximum dissatisfaction and I do not recommend this ambulance ...

Took my dog here to have a check up and ordered blood tests. They said they would email through the results in the morning and call if there were any issues.
The next day, I heard nothing from them so popped in. They had sent me an email when I was on my way over... at 4pm - not exactly morning, but not a huge issue. I was told there were complications and I should return the next day. The email said my dog may have an inflamed intestine but it could be cancer.
I booked to come in the next day at 11am with the nurse.
When I turned up at 11am, the vet had left. I was informed she would return at 4pm. My nerves couldn't take waiting this long (especially at somewhere so unreliable) so I booked in to see another vet.
The other vet (and their colleague) told me there were actually no issues with my dogs blood. They informed me she was in good health.
I don't know why they told me to come in for more tests, but what I do know is that they are unreliable and their prognosis doesn;t match up with two other vets.
