★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff very rude, toilets and showers very dirty and it hasn’t been cleaned even once in a week I have spent here. Cups, glasses and fridge at the room very badly cleaned, smashed dead insects marks all over the walls, chewing gums stuck to the floor ithe room, no room service. Wi-fi good, that is why the two stars rating instead of one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff does not speak English, German or Russian (on the reception too). The shower room contains two lockable small shower cabins (one of them could not be locked), but the hangers to leave the clothes are in the shared part which cannot be locked from inside. There is no toilet paper in the WC and everyone should bring their own which is provided.
The location is not so close to the center but it is good. The Wi-Fi was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel are hospitable and spoke a little bit of English. If you're a student on vacation or you have a tight budget, it's alright. But if you have certain expectations of a hotel or hostel and want a fantastic experience in Prague, you can do better than here. The shared areas are kind of grimy, as if it wasn't properly cleaned in a while. Also there were blood stains on the fridge. You get what you pay for
