THE FIZZ Prague Holešovice

Absolutely amazing place to live. House is full of international people. We have garden with grills, cinema room, common kitchen area and management is organizing event for us completely for free like salsa class, laser game and music event. The best place for students.

The Fizz is a wonderful place to live. Rooms come furnished with more than enough amenities and there is easy access to a courtyard, laundry room, movie room, pool tables, and everything one might need! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.:)

Very modern and comfortable co-living residence. The Fizz-Team is amazing and very helpful. They organize great activities like BBQ on the rooftop terrace or bouldering. I enjoyed my stay very much!

It's a great place. Nevertheless there is room for improvement, they should lower the price of laundry (ex extremely expensive). In addition there are places in the residence that are not fully operational although they were announced to us at the signing of the contract (the cinema room still does not have a projector and the rooftop room is not open to the public). However, I would like to point out that despite these things, the staff of the residence is amazing, Lucie and her team do their best to create a great atmosphere in the residence: parties, football, cooking tournaments... my congratulations.

great project, modern housing for young people. A multifunctional complex in the heart of Europe, from which there is no need to walk outside :-) there is simply everything you need for life. Community, common events every month, reception, management, cinema, music room, sky lounge, terraces, big garden with grills and workout, games rooms, social study rooms, many social spaces, more than 700 great people from all the world in one house and many more things. Necessary to see with your own eyes! More such projects :-)

The Fizz is a very good concept for a residence and for meeting people. However, after 9 months here, it leaves a lot to be desired. The first thing is that they charge you excessive amounts for everything, even on many occasions not because of you, but because of the use of the facilities and they claim that you have broken them. In addition, you cannot access all the common areas that are included in the price, such as the cinema room or the Sky Lounge. On the other hand, the price of the laundry is excessively high for a student residence. As for the cleanliness of the common areas, many corridors and staircases are very dirty and have broken equipment (as can be seen in the photos). As a Spanish resident, I have felt displaced and affected by certain racist situations towards my community (as can be seen in the other photos). Also, the employees of the residence demand that we keep (with an air of superiority) our room and the facilities in perfect condition, but when something breaks down, they ignore it and you have to be behind them for a long time (in my case, the extractor hood in my room has been broken since the day I moved in). Finally, the residence is constantly under construction and there is a lot of noise which does not allow you to rest properly. And if you are in the kitchen talking after midnight, they will throw you out in a bad way.

The Fizz is a wonderful place to live. It is not a regular building, but it is also about the connections between people. There are a lot of great events. For example today we had lazertag with our Fizzie absolutely for free! Thank you for the opportunity to be a member of this fun evening) ???

The best price-quality ratio in Prague. I lived there for almost one year and I have only positive impressions left. I want to express my gratitude to Lucie, Jan, Anthony, and Daniel for their responsiveness and the excellent fulfillment of their responsibilities. For every month I spent there, I saw that The Fizz was only getting better. The staff has always kept the place clean and tidy. They have often organized a variety of joint events, such as master classes, paintball, parties on the occasion of the beginning and end of the semester, New Year, Easter, and many other events. The managers treat the tenants with understanding and care, therefore, The Fizz is not just accommodation, but a big close-knit family. Also, the staff try to solve problems ASAP and in the best way possible. If it is noisy at night, security always promptly helps to deal with the troublemakers. Of course, there are penalties for damages, but in this way it makes people take care of the place where they live. Might be that someone didn’t like it but people should understand that if there were no fines, this place would turn into a typical dirty dorm where conditions leave much to be desired. I've lived in different places in Prague so I know what I'm talking about :) There are a lot of nice places in The Fizz. The team takes care of the common garden and terraces upstairs. They even recently planted new flowers there and now, when everything has bloomed, it looks amazing. There are also many common areas for hanging out: TV, billiards, shared kitchen, barbecue in the garden, etc. Besides, there is a music room with instruments. It was very important to me because I regularly play music. All in all, I am very happy with my staying here and I was sad to leave this place due to personal reasons. Hope that very soon I can come back to The Fizz family ?
