R	Radana Sedlackova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my favorite vet clinic to go with my dog in Prague and I have been to many places during the 6 years I've had my dog! They were the only place where they were able to help my dog with a difficult healing after a surgery (in another clinic they were ready to feed my dog with antibiotics for 3 months while they were looking at me as if I was hysterical; here they listened to me and came up with an idea which was working almost instantly and my dog was healed in 2 weeks). All the staff are very kind, helpful and listen to you with patience, they will never ridicule you or be rude as it sometimes happen in other places. Also, they do not try to offer you treatments your dog doesn't need or sell you too expensive medicine/products. They respect clients and do not try to trick them into paying more money as is often the case in Czech vet clinics! I can recommend this place as the best one.

I was worried about her symptoms and was able to get a spontaneous consultation with this vet very quickly. My dog was treated competently and my concern for her was taken away. Thank you very much!

J	Joshua Pray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late in the evening on the night before Easter Friday, my cat suddenly became very ill and needed veterinary attention. Unfortunately, my regular vet was not answering the telephone. For a full hour, I tried to find another vet that would. No one answered. Finally, I discovered Panda. They answered the phone and agreed to let me come in without an appointment immediately, either staying open later for me or fitting me in-between other booked clients. (I'm not sure which). The two vets were kind enough to speak to me in English both on the telephone and in person -- I was a little panicked, and was having a difficult time using my very basic Czech. They saw my cat, diagnosed her and prescribed medicine and action, as well as booked a follow-up visit for early the next morning (which was a holiday). The next morning's visit also went very smoothly. My cat was checked again, given injections and prescribed some medication. The round of medication is now complete, and my cat is perfectly happy and healthy. I highly recommend Panda Vet Clinic to anyone for all of these reasons. Thanks, Panda! You were there when no one else was, and you were professional and accommodating. I won't forget it.

Took my cat there without research because it’s the closest place to us and to take blood(!) they had to do general anesthesia. I wouldn’t say cat was disobedient that much since I was there for the first five minutes and everything was alright, then had to leave. After I came back they told me they decided by themselves to do general anaesthesia even though I left my contact, if anything give a call. I do understand that my cat could of got scared that I left and act angry, but at the same time that’s inappropriately risky and energy consuming for the animal to perform anesthesia just to collect blood. Cat had a huge stress and wasn’t eating for the next 3 days :( So please if you care about your furry family member avoid this place! They just do not care about your animal at all..
