EDIT: If you travel anywhere in the EU or to nearby places like Turkey, make sure to get a pet passport. No matter what anyone tells you, the airlines require it if youre going almost anywhere. Take it from us: We had to miss our flights because we didn't have it. We needed a travel certificate for our terrible monster. The English speaking vet took us with almost no notice and our appointment was right on time. The place was very easy to get to in a nice neighborhood and we were out of there with great care in 20 minutes - for 400 kc. Wonderful!

Although it’s seen they want to help their clients - sadly they have so many appointments on a daily basis which forces them to “rush” through each case. Another negative aspect of that is even if you have an appointment, it’s almost never going to be on time because they have back to back scheduling. If one of these appointments has a delay more than it should, then the domino effect starts; which leads to the remaining appointments to be “rushed” in order to balance the waiting. Also due to the large number of clients , they can’t remember many of the pets cases or names which come there on a regular basis (once per 2-3 weeks). That makes most of the clients there feel they are not having their cases receive the “necessary attention”. Lastly, in my case, following an examination that we performed, I was told that I need to come pick up some medicine. The problem here was that again due to extreme large number of cases being handled they lacked to inform me about pricing or process. On the spot I found the amount I had to pay on top of all the expenses for the procedures. On top of that, they also told me to buy some special dry food again with very little explanation as to why - in other words it felt they wanted to drain my wallet. All of that could have been avoided if they actually explained every step of the process thoroughly and what the expenses would look like. This clinic has very good potential and I believe that they can solve all of their “internal” problems by simply accepting / taking in less clients on a daily basis. They lack organization and the way it’s currently being run it feels they are aiming for maximum profit instead of professionalism. Personally, I have decided to look for a new clinic since I don’t feel my pets are looked after properly and their health issues are still there…what was suggested never helped them… p.s: to respond to the below statement - the part where they mentioned that I never showed up on an appointment is not real , as I was always giving notice in advance , something which again was probably lost in the line of work due to lack of organization - on the contrary the part where I had to pay for multiple products which was never pre-mentioned to me on the phone when I was told to come collect the pills to assist on the treatment is something they seem to have skipped to answer as they know it’s sadly true. The fact that they work at 150% per day is exactly the core issue that creates all these loopholes of information between the patients and the clinic. Instead of actually acknowledging the fact that they indeed might have done a mistake - they try to swift the blame to the client, thus making the one star rating even more realistic. I will mention once again that the doctors show they want to help. They do care but again I need to stress out that an organized clinic needs to address these jet lags instead of excusing it behind the fact they try to assist as many as people.

I am very very happy that i found them.. you can instantly see that they are animal lovers.. amazing service with the smile and emphatic.. professional approach and really nice and lovely ordinace.. absolutely my favorite so far in Prague and i think i will stick to them.. very polite and servile.. they will help your pet with the smile.. the prices are reasonable..
