★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nespokojen koupil jsem boty za 2500,- a nevydrželo to ani jeden den. Roškublo se to v prošívání a reklamaci mi neuznali měl jsem prý vyndat celé kaničky obout botu a znova na vlézt. Myslím si že i tak by to nepomohlo.
 Very dissatisfied I bought shoes for 2500 - and it did not last for a day. Roškublo did not recognize it and I did not accept the complaint, I should have taken all the trays of the boot and back again. I do not think it would help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Býval jsem spokojen, ale poslední koupené boty jsem musel reklamovat - prasklá podešev. Reklamace zamítnuta s oddůvodněním nevhodně vybraná obuv, přílišné používání (a to jsem je měl jen na cestu autem do a z práce) + dalších x nesmyslů. Tuto prodejnu nedoporučuji.
I used to be satisfied, but I had to complain about the last shoes I bought - a cracked sole. Complaint rejected with justification of inappropriately selected shoes, excessive use (and I only had them on the way by car to and from work) + other x nonsense. I do not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boty od Bati jsou ty největší šmejdy. Koupil jsem si kožené a ošetřoval je prostředkem od Bati, který mi paní ve stejné prodejně dodatečně prodala - tedy v souladu s instrukcemi. V důsledku ošetřeni se však useň na botách začala drolit - tak jsem je šel reklamovat a vedoucí mi reklamaci zamítla s tím, že jsem je nesprávně ošetřoval a že jsem si měl rovnou k nim koupit i ošetřovací prostředek. Fakt kocourkov.
Hrozná prodejna, boty předražené a kvalitou se nedají srovnávat s cenově srovnatelnými Ecco či Geox. Vím, že tady už mě nikdy neuvidí. Za svoje peníze chci kvalitu a tím Baťa rozhodně není.
Bata shoes are the biggest bastards. I bought leather and treated it with a tool from Bata, which the lady sold to me in the same store afterwards - in accordance with the instructions. As a result of the treatment, however, the leather on my shoes began to crumble - so I went to complain to them, and the manager rejected my complaint, saying that I had treated them incorrectly and that I should have bought a treatment product straight to them. Really cats.
Terrible store, overpriced shoes and quality cannot be compared to comparable Ecco or Geox. I know he'll never see me here again. I want quality for my money and Baťa is definitely not that.
