★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsme byli nakupovat obuv pro dcery. Musím říci, že s takovým přístupem prodavaček jsme se s maminkou již dlouho nesetkaly. Prodavačky byly ochotné, trpělivé, maximálně se nám věnovaly. Mám náročnou dceru, která se nespokojí jen tak s něčím. Ale neměly problém ji vyslechnout, nabídly nepřeberné množství bot a neodešly jsme s prázdnou. Kupovaly jsme několik druhů bot, všechny seděly, paní prodavačky nás o všem informovaly, vysvětlily, co bylo potřeba. Skutečně mají přehled a znalosti, zkrátka jsou na svém místě. Je vidět, že je práce baví a nemají problém splnit požadavky i náročnějších zákazníků. Tento obchod vřele doporučuji a myslím, že díky snaze a ochotě personálu si vybere skutečně každý. V tomto obchodě nakupujeme opakovaně a musím říci, že tentokrát nákup proběhl bez chyby. S takovou trpělivostí a ochotou se člověk málokdy setká. Děkujeme!
Yesterday we were shopping for shoes for daughters. I must say that my mother and I have not encountered such an approach for a long time. The saleswomen were helpful, patient, they paid maximum attention to us. I have a demanding daughter who is not satisfied with just anything. But they had no problem listening to her, they offered an inexhaustible number of shoes and we did not leave empty-handed. We bought several types of shoes, they all sat, the saleswoman informed us about everything, explained what was needed. They really have an overview and knowledge, they are simply in place. It can be seen that they enjoy their work and have no problem meeting the requirements of even the most demanding customers. I highly recommend this store and I think that thanks to the effort and willingness of the staff, everyone can choose. We shop repeatedly in this store and I must say that this time the purchase was flawless. One seldom encounters such patience and willingness. Thank you!
