★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought shoes here. Both got ripped at the same place after one month because thread was weak. Brought it back, they rejected to get them back and return me money. They said, that I (somehow) ripped the forward part of both shoes by my toes. Unbelievable. I never had this. And also I will never go to Bata again. Customer experience was the worst across all my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent shop. 5 or even 6 floors with different shoes for everybody. Good discounts. I bought Italian shoes there. It passed two months. My shoes are ok. Warm and comfortable) I'd like to have the second pair of shoes like those and to go all day long and not feel a thing)

I bought a pair of Bata boots for the winter which had a miserable quality. The shoe sole was falling after three days of wearing. Since I was a tourist in Prag and was back in my home country, I wrote a mail to the local support. I wrote three mails yet did not receive any answer on my complaints and feedback to my purchase.
More than deceived. Not recommended.
