★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Быдло-продавцы. Пока муж приценивался к покупке рюкзака за 50 000, попыталась сделать фото обуви для сестры. В ТАКОМ тоне мне делали замечаний с детского сада. Результат: ничего не купили. БЕГИТЕ из такого магазина с обслуживанием как в совке. Пусть стоят одни с таким обслуживанием и задраными ценами.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor pri nákupe tovaru v outletu, značka má maximálne arogantný a nepriateľský prístup ku reklamáciám. Personál v outletu reaguje povýšenecky a nemá problém zákazníka posmešne uraziť, hlavne keď sa jedná o cudzinca.
Jednoznačne reflektuje nízku kultúru značky a jej prístup ku zákazníkovi.
Očividnú chybovosť výrobku (odporné stopy po lepidle na peňaženke) by mali zahanbene na mieste vymeniť i s omluvou, a nie predviesť to, čo predviedli.
