★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of Vivobarefoot STEALTH III January and by march they had already gotten a hole on the side of them. After attempting to contact customer support a couple times they finally got back to me and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. wore them for 3 months for 3690 kc. Not worth it.

Pair of shoes with esthetic demage...they tell me to go to Vršovice for another pair...because postage takes too long...So I went through whole Prague And there was another demage preuse pair. So waist my time, no solution,no shoes, hope I get my money back. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoes were quite nice for wearing. The problem started after approximately 300 days of wearing them. The sole of the shoes got slowly rubbed off and if I'd continued to wear them for a few more months there would be a hole in them. This is something that I wouldn't expect from shoes that cost ~4000 czk!. The staff of the shop told me that I was walking too much but that is not the case and I would expect shoes for this price last much longer.

I visited the store and was very excited to buy my first barefoot shoes. I was the only customer in the store and yet, nobody of the three people working there offered to help me. After standing there and waiting for them to finish playing on their phones, I left disappointed. I won’t buy shoes this expensive if no one helps me choose the right ones. This was unacceptably rude behaviour and would never happen in the US. I will look for a different store.
