Včera jsem zde však koupila dětské boty, které mi dnes nevyměnili jen proto, že k nim nemám krabici. Účet mám. Jde o 1 den. Přijde mi to jako administrativní maličkost, která by se dala vyřešit. Jsem zklamaná, protože jsem právě vyhodila 1400 Kč:-(
In other circumstances, I am very happy with this store, I have several pairs of shoes from Geox and they are high quality and comfortable. Yesterday, however, I bought children's shoes here, which they did not change for me today just because I do not have a box for them. I have an account. It's about 1 day. It seems to me like an administrative little thing that could be solved. I'm disappointed because I just threw away 1400 CZK :-(
