★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prague tailor which offers superior services. Kind staff, nice shop, acceptable prices. However repair services are not offered, therefore it is not possible to extend lifetime of your tailor made shirts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good on the spot service, extremely poor after sale service. I went to the shop to buy 4 tailor made shirts and received the 1st one after the normal 2 weeks delay for manufacturing. After which, they forgot to manufacture the others. Two months later, I make a follow up and they apologize and offer me a 500kc gift voucher and tell me that my other 3 shirts will be ready in 2 weeks (already 3 months passed since my purchase). Finally receive the shirts, but one of them has a marking embroidered in the middle of the shirt (something that I did not ask for). I send the shirt back asking to remove it. They take the shirt and tell me to come back in another 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks have passed, they send me an email saying that due to the location of the marking they are not able to remove it and I should just come to pick it up. Finally, I got back again at the shop and they tell me that I made this decision to have it there, and that it's my word against theirs. Now, they have told me in order to solve this we need to wait another 2 months to get the security camera footage of the shop to see if it was their mistake or if I really asked for this marking there.
*** Be very careful when buying anything tailor made in Le Premier, since they can make mistakes, then blame it on you and you have no other recourse other then to pay the price for their mistakes ***
