V jejich databázi mají moje míry, které čas od času přeměříme, když mám cestu kolem. Jinak mi dámy na zavolání vyberou a zadají do výroby saka, košile, kabáty, kalhoty, šaty, sukně. Pak už mi od nich kurýrem přijde hotové, perfektně padnoucí a skvěle vypadající oblečení. A já jim za tuto SUPER službu děkuji. Jako klientku mě znají dokonale a šijí na míru mojí osobnosti. Velké poděkování všem dámám, které se o mě v salónu starají. I'm a busy manager and now my mother. Buying clothes is more of a punishment. The Bernhardt Prague salon solved this problem several years ago. They have my measurements in their database, which we measure from time to time when I have a way around. Otherwise, the ladies will call me on call and enter the production of jackets, shirts, coats, pants, dresses, skirts. Then I will receive ready-made, perfectly fitting and great-looking clothes from them by courier. And I thank them for this SUPER service. As a client, they know me perfectly and tailor my personality. Many thanks to all the ladies who take care of me in the salon.
P	Petr Pobuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ať si každý myslí o COVID opatřeních co chce, ale když přijdete do salonu objednáni a týden dopředu jim dáte najevo, že mají mít respirátor, ale nikdo ho tam nemá a po slušném upozornění se vám dostane informace, že tam žádný ani nemají, tak to vnímám jako pohrdání klientem. Starají se o kafíčka, o to, zda vám vadí, že tam běhá pejsek, ale když jim člověk řekne, že mají mít respirátor, protože budou s člověkem ve velmi blízkém kontaktu při braní měr, tak jsou zaskočeni. A myslet si o tom opravdu mohou, co chtějí. Když to nebude respirátor, tak to bude něco jiného. Tady opravdu netuší, co to je klientský servis na profesionální úrovni. Ztráta času. Let everyone think about COVID measures what they want, but when you come to the salon ordered and a week in advance you let them know that they should have a respirator, but no one has it there and after a decent warning you get information that they don't even have one, so it I perceive it as contempt for the client. They take care of the coffee, if you mind that a dog is running there, but when you tell them to have a respirator, because they will be in very close contact with the person when taking measurements, they are surprised. And they can really think what they want. If it's not a respirator, it'll be something else. They really have no idea what professional customer service is. Waste of time.

Unfortunately here the messed it up horribly and had the guts to tell me that I wanted it that way. Be aware that they are expensive for what they deliver. Much cheaper option out there.
