Stalo sa mi, že mi páni dokonca pomohli s fotografickým príslušenstvom zakúpeným v inom obchode a overili, že je pokazené - ušetrili mi ďalšie peniaze vynaložené na zbytočnú opravu a vôbec nič za to nechceli. Doporučujem, chodím pravidelne aj na kúpu žiaroviek a bateriek, všetko je rýchl - žiadne čakanie. <3 Great customer service! I recommend 1001 service, access is very human. It happened to me that the gentlemen even helped me with the photographic accessories bought in another store and verified that it was broken - they saved me extra money spent on unnecessary repair and didn't want anything at all. I recommend, I go regularly to buy bulbs and torches, everything is fast - no waiting. <3

Měl jsem poruchu na PC, v 11:45 jsem ho přinesl na servis, v 16:00 bylo opravené PC připraveno k vyzvednutí (přes USB port jsem si odpálil základní desku). I RECOMMEND !!! Helpful staff, perfect and most importantly FAST service. I had a fault on the PC, at 11:45 I brought it for service, at 16:00 the repaired PC was ready to be picked up (I fired the motherboard via the USB port).
Š	Štěpán Vilímek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hledal jsem servis pro svůj notebook a tento servis byl nejblíž, když jsem počítač přinesl, bylo mi řečeno, že do týdne mi dají vědět, že je to pravděpodobně harddisk. Po 10 dnech, kdy se nikdo neozval, tak jsem do servisu volal a bylo mi řečeno, že se pořád neví, co s tím je, ale že během toho dne, nebo dalšího mi zavolají. Opět se mi nikdo neozval, takže po 3 dnech volám, kdy to bude hotové, v servisu už naštěstí přišli na to, že je problém s diskem a říkají mi, že za týden to bude hotové, že disk musí objednat, když jsem si měl počítač vyzvednout, tak samozřejmě zase opět nebyla oprava hotová, že se prý disk zdržel u dopravce, nikdo mě o tom neinformoval, do servisu jsem musel opět volat sám, abych si informace zjistil. Po víkendu už mi pak konečně přišla SMS, že si notebook můžu vyzvednout. To, že se něco zdrží absolutně respektuji a věřím, že v servisu neopravovali jenom můj počítač, ale to že mi někdo 3x řekne, že mi zavolá ohledně stavu opravy a neozve se ani jednou, to mě fakt se*e. Původně mi bylo řečeno, že počítač bude opraven tak do 14 dní, nakonec jsem čekal skoro měsíc v nejistotě, kdy to bude hotově. Příště se tomuto servisu vyhnu. I was looking for a service for my laptop and this service was closest when I brought the computer, I was told that within a week they would let me know that it was probably a hard drive. After 10 days, when no one answered, I called the service and I was told that I still did not know what was going on with it, but that during that day or the next they would call me. Nobody called me again, so after 3 days I call when it will be done, in the service they have fortunately found out that there is a problem with the disk and they tell me that in a week it will be done, that the disk must be ordered when I had pick up the computer, so of course the repair was not finished again, that the disk was said to be at the carrier, no one informed me about it, I had to call the service myself again to find out the information. After the weekend, I finally received an SMS that I can pick up my laptop. I absolutely respect the fact that something will be delayed and I believe that not only my computer was repaired in the service, but that someone tells me 3 times that they will call me about the status of the repair and will not answer even once, it really makes me feel good. I was originally told that the computer would be repaired in about 14 days, in the end I waited almost a month in uncertainty when it would be done. Next time I will avoid this service.
