★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Ordered a laptop charger and had to walk in and ask 4 weeks long - everytime they promissed me that it would for sure arrive one week later - my last visit I've been told there is/was no order! Disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting money after returning money is horrible. They accepted return, I received protocol but I didn't get any money. The item was untouched, in perfect state. After multiple emails, 1 month after return I finally received money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liars, I ordered charger from e-shop, they wrote it is on stock and next day on store. After two days, they have no idea where it is and told me It is my fault to not wait for SMS. Definetelly avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. They sell defective products and they don’t take responsibility over it. It is really frustrating when you bring back to the store a device with an obvious defect and they lie to your face saying that it is working fine.

Went in and bought a class-1 Kingston SD card, and realized 30 seconds after I put it into my camera (in the store) that it was too slow to record 4k footage. Asked to return it (this was still in the store) and they said no because the packaging was ripped. The packaging has to be perfect and never opened for a return. Also, the card costs 899 Crowns (44 USD) when in the USA it costs 30 USD. Never go to this store. Do not buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a service! Went today to get service for my notebook to reinstall Windows 10. Although it seemed the air in the store was hot and the well visible airco turned off/defect the person in the store kept service high and solved my notebook completely. After service I wanted to buy and bought something useful but not necessary, but with pleasure as thank you for good service. Hope next time I return to this store the temperature-issue has been solved. I'm an expat and regularly share my experiences and recommendations in Europe.
