P	Petr Fordey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odpad! Když jsem viděl, jak se společnost chová u předobjednávek, tak jsem nevěřil svým očím. Nejde o to, kdo je dříve v řadě, lidi co objednávají později, mohou dostat produkt dříve. Předražená parodie na obchod, už sem nikdy nevkročím a doporučuji vyhnout se JRC obloukem. Waste! When I saw the company's pre-order behavior, I couldn't believe my eyes. It's not about who's in line sooner, people who order later can get the product sooner. An overpriced parody of the trade, I will never come here again and I recommend avoiding the JRC arc.
D	Dany Kalinová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Můj dnešní a včerejší nákup v této pobočce byl jedna radost. Po dlouhém rozhodování jsem se rozhoupala k tomu pořídit si Nintendo switch. Jakožto novopečený vlastník jakékoliv konzole jsem ale byla trošku mimo a nevěděla jsem, co od switche můžu očekávat. V prodejně mě mile uvítala slečna Věra, která zodpověděla veškeré moje dotazy, i když byly trošku hloupé. Ukázala mi všechny obaly na switch a prokonzultovala se mnou hry, které jsem měla v plánu si pořídit. Odcházela jsem s nadšením, slečna mě totiž na konzoli navnadila na tolik, že jsem si Nintendo objednala ještě ve vlaku cestou domů. Druhý den jsem pádila do práce celá nadšená s tím, že budu mít co nevidět switch. A co nevidět to skutečně bylo. Patnáct minut před koncem mojí směny mi přišla smska, že můj nový miláček na mě už čeká na prodejně. Neuběhlo od mého nákupu ani 24 hodin. Seběhla jsem do obchodu, kde mě znovu obsloužila slečna Věra, zaplatila jsem, prodiskutovala hru Pokemon Arceus a běžela jsem na vlak. Už ve vlaku jsem switch nastavovala. Switch jsem kupovala bazarový, ale i přes to vypadá jako fungl nový, není na něm jediný škrábanec. Dále velice cením herní bazar, moc se mi líbí možnost "zachránit" nějakou již hranou hru. V JRC jsem dřív nakupovala pouze figurky Funko POP, ale ode dneška se sem budu s velkou radostí vracet i pro hry. Moc děkuju za úžasný nákup a vlídný přístup. Kdyby to šlo, hvězdiček vám dám ještě víc. ? My purchase today and yesterday at this branch was one joy. After a long decision, I swayed to get a Nintendo switch. But as the new owner of any console, I was a little off and didn't know what to expect from the switch. Miss Věra greeted me warmly in the store and answered all my questions, even though they were a little silly. She showed me all the packaging on the switch and consulted with me on the games I had planned to buy. I left with enthusiasm, because the young lady lured me to the console so much that I ordered Nintendo on the train on the way home. The next day, I went to work all excited to say that I would have a switch. And what not to see was really. Fifteen minutes before the end of my shift, I received a text message that my new darling was already waiting for me at the store. Less than 24 hours have passed since my purchase. I ran to the store, where I was served again by Miss Věra, I paid, I discussed the game Pokemon Arceus and I ran to the train. I already set the switch on the train. I bought a switch for a bazaar, but even though it looks like a new fungus, there is not a single scratch on it. I also really appreciate the game bazaar, I really like the opportunity to "save" some already played game. I used to only buy Funko POP figures in the JRC, but from today I will be happy to return here for games as well. Thank you very much for the wonderful shopping and friendly approach. If I could, I'll give you even more stars. ?
B	Ben Nelsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want pay too much, and be unable to return your purchase, this is the place for you. Save time and money by going to alza. I was sold the incorrect product by the employee and then they tefused to take the return a few days later. They started by saying they couldn't refund because I paid by card, then they argued that the product was correct(but the box and manual inside states its not). The reason they finally decided on why they couldn't give me a refund was because the box wasn't in the proper condition, even though the box was opened and repackaged when I bought it. I was even willing to take store credit. They lacked any sort of accountability for their employee giving me the wrong information, and selling me an item. I also found the item for 20% less at a shop down the street.

They had a somewhat decent stock of Pokemon Merch alongside a decent roster of brand new switch titles. Only downside for me personally was that their pre-owned selection was rather limited however this isn't the stores fault if they don't get the stock in. The staff member that we talked to even recommended a really great place to eat, couldn't recommend this place enough. Although they were a little cheeky when I noticed all of the stickers were almost identicle to the UK Game Store... But they aren't owned by game... IMPOSTERS... But I will let it slide, because I enjoyed shopping there. My friend also went to trade in some games but forgot to put a disk in one of the boxes, so that was pretty funny. Tragic, but funny!
W	Wei Hyun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Gamestop, but Czech. With both the good and the bad. All the games and merch, even dated ones, are a much pricier than elsewhere. Albeit, I don't think any experienced players would buy anything here anyway. Casual shoppers, a.k.a. less knowledgeable parents and tourists seem to be the target audience? With that said though... the shop clerk didn't speak English, which is unfortunate in the mall in the middle of Prague, and didn't seem too interested in doing any business either. Maybe it was just a bad day. For some reason they tried to sell a game from the bargain bin to my mate for full price instead? To my surprise, they got Magic The Gathering booster packs available. Horridly overpriced and the clerk couldn't answer any related questions, but hey, at least they got them. I was told to email their CS, so I tried and... no answer still, unfortunately. I really think the experience was just my bad luck, and perhaps I'm not the intended customer. I can see casual shoppers finding what they need though. Looking for a small geeky gift/souvenir? Go or it if you don't mind spending a bit more.
