★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi prijemna slecna pomohla s vyberem prvnich bryli a vse vysvetlila. Vybrala jsem obroucky kolem 2500 Kc. Cocky maji v zakladu plast s antireflexem. Celkova cena bryli neco malo malo pres tri tisice. Zaplaceny dopoledne a vecer me SMSkou informovali, ze jsou hotove.
Nemam co vytknout!
 The very nice lady helped with the selection of the first glasses and explained everything. I chose hoops around 2500 CZK. Cocks are basically plastic with anti-reflection. The total price was a little over three thousand. Paid in the morning and in the evening they informed me by SMS that they were done.
I have nothing to complain about!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý servis s přidanou hodnotou. Potřeboval jsem vyměnit poškrábaná sklíčka na brýlích, které už hodně zažily. Za týden bylo hotovo a dostal jsem brýle i s vyčištěnými obroučkami, které předtím vypadaly nemocně, ale teď jsou jako nové.
Great service with added value. I needed to replace the scratched glasses on the glasses, which I had already experienced a lot. In a week it was done and I got the glasses with the rims cleaned, which used to look sick, but now they are like new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. I have ordered contacts in palladium but later understood that I need a different diopter. So when I came to change the order and I was said that because the order was made in a physical store (not in an e-shop) I could not change it. When I said that the package is untouched so I have a right to return it anyways, but the assistant in the store said that there is no law like that and she cannot help me... this is unfair that the exchange is possible only with online orders. Also the assistant in the palladium store was not trained to answer this kind of questions and was pretty rude talking to me /September 2020
