I purchased products and I had 7% off coupon, and clerk was calculating my goods and she gave my coins back. And I just remembered that I had coupon and asked whether if it is possible for me to get discount. And she said ‘NO’like a robot.
And I asked again, I just purchased this 5 seconds ago and I paid cash so can I get a refund and get a discount?
And she stared me like a fool and said ‘NO, you can not get any refund and said ‘you can get discount if you buy more.’ Well, 7% off discount is not a big deal, but the attitude of clerk was so unpleasant.
