★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store, just like all the LUSH shops in any other city/country I have visited. Very friendly and very educated staff. There will always be someone to take care of you, give you recommendations and even testers, when possible. I have some regular go-to items that I buy there repeatedly and cannot live without them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love lush, couldn't wait to go and check out everything. I am just a bit shocked by the price increase. I bought a face mask and for the same price as before I merely got 75 gr :( I remember the packaging before was double the size. What happened I wonder..? I have to cut down on buying Lush in the future, sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theresa(red haired girl) was so helpful and friendly, my mum positively LOVED the hand cream she recommended. I've had bad experiences elsewhere in Prague shops, but my trip to Lush Paladium was the redeeming event of my trip :)

Lukáš immediately spotted me and offered assistance. He guided me through the store and helped with my questions. His product knowledge and friendly service made my gift shopping easy and turned my whole day around. The products are beautiful to use and with such amazing service, I cannot fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lush palladium has a large variety of products and is easy to get to! We had a very helpful lady who demonstrated some of the products to us and even spoke English. She was a short haired lady and was working here as of today (I wish I knew her name). I recommend coming here and shopping as a tourist or foreigner. She made the shopping experience a great and pleasurable one!
