★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their tea is tasty enough and can be made exactly to your liking using wide variety of flavours, however the prices are ridiculously high when you consider you're paying for a 650ml of iced tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @Me and make up, I would like to give you two hints: Look closer. One of the photos shows El Emir restaurant in the background. A quick look at the mall map reveals it is +2 floors up. Additionally, it is quite likely that food & beverages are sold in the food court of a mall and again it is +2 floors up.
Other than that, meanwhile the business changed to OXO Tea Cocktails, still selling bubble tea. My star rating is neutral, have not tried the tea because it is not an authentic Asian brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a super normal vanilla jasmine tea with tapioca. It was so extremely sweet that I couldn't even drink. And the tea tasted like nothing, I couldn't feel the taste of tea. Very disappointing.
