★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašná obsluha, 5ti léta dcera si vybírala zákusek, ani se vytríny nedotkla a obsluha začla hulákat ,, nesahat,, že prý to čerstvě vytřela,, nebýt toho, že jsem tam byla s dětmi tak ji vlepím facku. Potřebuji podat stížnost na vedení.
 Terrible staff, 5 years old daughter chose a dessert, did not even touch the spawning and the staff began to shout "do not reach" that they allegedly wiped it fresh, if not that I was there with the children, I would slap her. I need to file a complaint against management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme si zmrzlinu. Obsluha se vybavovala s kolemjdoucími, na náš požadavek, že chceme čokobanán vynesla opravdu nevhodnou poznámku "paráda, zrovna tu nejtužší tyvole", už v tu chvíli jsem mela sto chutí odejít, ale bohužel jsem již zaplatila. Potom, co jsme dostali s přítelem své kopečky, už vím, že sem už nikdy. Tohle vážně dáváte za 39kč???? Může to být bioeko jak chce, ale tahle velikost za tak přemrštěnou cenu je výsměch. Stejne jako chovani obsluhy. Neskutečný.
We bought ice cream. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager showed to the new girl how to prepare drinks, then she start to behave with us, like with customers as a bitchy… I asked about what it blue smth bla bla… and she said, “hah, I don’t know” her behaviour near her employees was really bad , especially near new girl when customers came

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. I do not even wish to give them 1 star. That will be a lot for the kind of service they provide. Very rude and unprofessional service. Either employees are not paid well or they have the policy to shout at the customers for no apparent reasons . I don't think there is any change based on previous reviews they have received.
