Abyste ale nepsali zbytečně, raději vás upozorníme, že v Air Bank děláme věci po našem. Třeba nevhazujeme letáky do schránek ani je nerozdáváme na ulici, abychom nakrmili nejbližší koš. Pobočky nezahlcujeme brožurkami, prospekty nebo plakáty. Tiskneme zkrátka co nejméně, abychom šetřili přírodu a byli zelení, jak to jen jde.

Venkovní reklamní plochy nám zajišťuje agentura Médea a o sponzoring se stará naše mateřská skupina PPF. Jestli pro nás ale máte něco úplně jiného, sem s tím. Rádi se na to podíváme, a když nás to zaujme, ozveme se.

Nejlepší zkušenost s bankou v České republice. Dnes se mi věnovala slečna Lucie Stříbrná a její ochota, trpělivost a úsměv mi zlepšily celý den. Ani jsem nemusela čekat a hned mi šla naproti ke dveřím se širokým úsměvem, který byl vidět i přes roušku. Doporučuji navštívit a jistě ochotně poradí. Ode dneška mám i já banku ráda. Děkuji
The best experience with a bank in the Czech Republic. Today, Miss Lucie Stříbrná paid attention to me and her willingness, patience and smile improved my whole day. I didn't even have to wait, and she immediately went to meet me at the door with a wide smile that was visible through the veil. I recommend visiting and will certainly be happy to advise. From today, I also like the bank. Thank you

Rozhodně nedoporučuji poradce Petra, který absolutně nerozumí nabízeným produktům a místo toho, aby vám pomohl, vám špatně nastaví úvěr a vy máte pak akorát problémy. Přecházela jsem z ČSOB do Airbank s tím, že dle Petra budu mít za stejných podmínek lepší úrok. V ČSOB jsem měla úvěr na 6 let, v Air bank mi byl nastaven úvěr na 10 let?se slovy, vše budete mít stejně nastavené. 6 let a 10 let je opravdu to stejné? Místo toho, aby se poradce snažil vyřešit problém, tak nezvedá tel. Volala jsem 3x, telefon vypnutý a zpět mi nezavolal. Hlavně, že mi řekl, že se na něj mohu kdykoliv obrátit. Také mi poskytl chybné informace o převedení úvěru. Dovolat se na pobočku nelze, nemají tuto možnost, lze tedy zavolat pouze na centrálu, problém tedy musela řešit za Petra jiná pracovnice. Vyhněte se pracovníkovi obloukem!
I definitely do not recommend Petr's consultant, who absolutely does not understand the products offered and instead of helping you, he will set up your loan incorrectly and you will then have just problems. I switched from ČSOB to Airbank, saying that according to Petr I would have better interest rates under the same conditions. In ČSOB I had a loan for 6 years, in Air bank my loan was set for 10 years, in words, everything will be set the same. 6 years and 10 years is really the same? Instead of the counselor trying to solve the problem, he doesn't answer the phone. I called 3 times, the phone was turned off and he didn't call me back. Mainly because he told me that I could turn to him at any time. He also provided me with incorrect information about the loan transfer. It is not possible to call the branch, they do not have this option, so it is only possible to call the headquarters, so another employee had to solve the problem on behalf of Petr. Avoid the worker with the arch!

Nejhorší pobočka. Nechají vás čekat skoro hodinu. A nezájem. Byla jsem tam s malou dcerkou a ta se uz se tam vztekala a úplný nezájem. Hlavně že si tam paní koukala do telefonu. A ve finále nic nevyřešila. Tak k čemu tam jsou ? Na ozdobu ?!

Air Bank Palladium ! Velmi špatný přístup ke Klientům !! Jen vás pozdraví a nechají vás čekat u stolu interiér byl podle mého názoru znečištěný a rozhodně velmi nekomfortní. Cítíte se tam spíš jako na nějaké zastávce Autobusu než v Bance ! Personál si vás nevšímá a vypadá fakt strašně !! Myslím , že Air Bank je prostě Banka pro Spodinu a chudé lidi kteří ani nevyžadují vstřícnost .. protože tohle bylo opravdu otřesné ... dle mého názoru zkrátka velmi hluboký podstandard. Pobočka která se nachází v jednom z vůbec nejdražších obchodních domů v srdci Prahy bylo toto opravdu strašné. TOTO JE POUZE MŮJ OSOBNÍ NÁZOR .
Air Bank Palladium! Very bad approach to Clients !! They just greet you and let you wait at the table The interior was in my opinion dirty and definitely very uncomfortable. You feel more like a Bus stop there than at the Bank! The staff does not pay attention to you and looks really awful !! I think Air Bank is simply a Bank for Spodina and poor people who don't even require helpfulness ... because this was really appalling ... in my opinion, in short, a very deep substandard. The branch, which is located in one of the most expensive department stores in the heart of Prague, was really terrible. THIS IS ONLY MY PERSONAL OPINION.

I want to complain about the service I received yesterday(or better I did not receive). I received a Text message on czech language,that my Account was blocked. I called bank and nobody answered.I went to the Air Bank yesterday in the Shopping Centre Palladium (Prague) between 16 and 15 o'clock to ask them to unblock it. Two women were working and none of them spoke english. Not even as much as to say hallo and good bye.I showed them the Text (which is on Czech) but she didnt even look at it and was just talking something that I did not understand. I do not need that look from your employees to give me the feeling that its my fault not to speak Czech(and I am in this country for very short time). Air Bank was promoted as a Bank good for foreigners. Is this really your service? I do not expect perfect language skills but I do expect them to try and help. The Money on the Account is mine but you are not giving me access to it because my account is still blocked. Is that your service? How should we solve this problem if we cant even understand each other or to be more specific,if your employees dont understand english,not even 2 words like-blocked,and unblock?! I will be looking for an other bank when this problem is solved,where they do help if I have an issue. You should really work on your Service otherwise you will loose more and more clients. And I will tell people not to use your bank.

This is the most incompetent and unprofessional banking institution I have ever encountered. Standard day to day actions such as getting your card delivered to your home address are beyond them, on top of that, when their delivery service provider doesn't bother trying to deliver your card, they suggest you take time off work to collect it in the post office. Customer service is terrible, they just keep repeating themselves even though you've told them delivering to your office is more complicated and given the issues with delivering to your home you have no confidence in the abilities of their delivery service. When you go to a branch, you most often encounter some child who looks no more than 14, who obviously hasn't the first clue of banking other than the substandard training delivered by probably a slightly older child giving, you attitude about apps and refusing to answer straight forward questions without the attitude of a petulant child. Ultimately, to avoid the annoyance, go to a real bank, with real staff and real service level agreements
