M	Marialaura Castellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, very rude staff by the international clients department, we had credit card eaten by Unicredit bancomat in mucha museum cause the machine was out of service; they did absolutely NOTHING for us, plus i am Unicredit customer... I had no money and i was supposed to pay by myself the technical assistence. In Italy i was never attended so badly from my own bank. They don't know at all' what It means customer service, we were told that they are not a "charity Association"... They made a problem to me, i was supposed to pay to solve It by myself plus i was told that i shouldn beg ??!! Seriously do you treat all' the clients like this? I Will consider to change Bank.
A	Alicia Darychuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with this branch without problems for the last six years. I went into the branch last week and Nobody mentioned to me any problems with my account. This week they've blocked my account and cannot access my money at all because they say they don't have my personal information ID and I need to do it in person only but I'm away for the whole summer. They've always had my ID and now it's impossible to get any person on the line to help me unblock my account. I will be away the whole summer outside of CZ so its impossible to get anyone to respond or help me get my money out!!!!! Very frustrated at the lack of assistance and support in something they've already had from me already amd am willing to give again but nobody will speak or help me. Very upset!!!!
N	Navid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged 6% mark up! Canceled a transaction and still got charged for it. Absolutely unacceptable! There are many other reputable banks around, choose another place.

V	Valentina Beshnova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever. They won't close my account for one year. And keep sending me additional fees. Disgusting. Air Bank is way better. No fees. I recommend it to everyone who's changing a bank or choosing to open an account.

I left the Czech Republic and have been trying since November 2019 to close my account and transfer out the balance. My bank card has expired, and I have no access to online banking as I changed my phone and phone number (in the 7 years since I opened this account) and they cannot therefore give me access. So basically, I have no access to my money and rely on the staff at the bank for assistance. I would particularly like to mention Mr. Pavel Vaclavek (banker) and Mr. Frydrych Vaclav (branch manager) as two particularly terrible examples of the service provided by this bank. I hope after hundreds of emails and phone calls and DHL letters I will finally be able to have this issue resolved.
J	Ju Nuts Poker Prague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have a problem, you call Unicredit support, they give you the phone number of your personal advisor, you call 12 times, never answering and never calling you back, you can the branch directly, they give you another phone number for another advisor, they don't answer as well. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET HELP THEN ?
