Lexxus Norton showed me that even luxury living in exotics can cost less than an average apartment in Prague. The big advantage is that I do not have to communicate with other countries and Lexxus Norton handles everything for me in Czech.

N	Nomin Altanbagana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup realitní makléřky!!!! Po prohlídce bytu jsme ve stejný den zkontaktovali realitní makléřku Veroniku Verbichovou se zájmem o koupi. Volala jsem jí ve večerních hodinách kolem 17:00. Odpověděla mi, že mi zavolá další den ráno a vyřešíme záležitosti ohledně podpisu rezervační smlouvy atd. Nemilým překvapením bylo to, že se ani neobtěžovala zavolat. Opravdu jsme chtěli byt koupit. Proto jsem ji volala sama. Nejdříve telefon nezvedala, po dalším volání telefon zvedla s omluvou, že má zrovna prohlídku. A co myslíte? Nedočkala jsem se... Pochopila bych, kdyby mi aspoň dala vědět, že o byt má zájem někdo jiný a dali přednost jemu nebo, že si majitel prodej bytu rozmyslel. Uvést nějaký důvod. Je to přece slušnost. Úplná ignorace paní Verbichové mě urazilo. Real estate agent approach !!!! After inspecting the apartment, we contacted real estate agent Veronika Verbichová on the same day with an interest in buying. I called her in the evening around 5:00 p.m. She replied that she would call me the next morning and we would resolve the issues regarding the signing of the reservation contract, etc. An unpleasant surprise was that she didn't even bother to call. We really wanted to buy an apartment. That's why I called her myself. At first she didn't pick up the phone, after another call she picked up the phone with an apology that she was about to see. And what do you think? I didn't see ... I would understand if she at least let me know that someone else was interested in the apartment and they preferred it or that the owner changed his mind about selling the apartment. Give some reason. It's polite. Mrs. Verbich's complete ignorance offended me.

Pak se blížil úpravy a nešlo skoro nic. Teď naše první bydlení s matelem, který to vše financuje je ve znamení zklamání. Nedá se nic dělat. Snad příště bude lepší.
