Již několikrát jsem se zde setkala s neprofesionální komunikací, halí se pořád do nějakého tajemství, než aby řekli jasně, jaká je cena, vytahují z vás jen osobní údaje a sami nic neposkytnou, ač se jedná jen o informaci na to, co prodávají. Pořád vás obtěžují meilem s nabídkami a když tam voláte..... tak zase jen mlžení a tabu.... a čekáte až se vám za dva - tři dni ozva jejich makléř, který ani neví co, člověk poptává. Výsledek? Již jsem s nimi několikrát v minulosti komunikovala a nyní za tři dni mé aktivity, mi nebyli schopni sdělit cenu nemovitosti, tak jsem koupila dnes dům na 17 mil. Jak lehce se dá přijít o zákazníka, že? Ví tohle vůbec vedení, co ta má za zaměstnance, kteří vůbec nemají zájem o klienta? Kdybych mohla, dala bych jim -5 hvězdiček, takto jen jednu, třeba je to někam posune. Novosadová. Hello, unbelievable! They still bother you with emails and when you call there ..... it's just fogging and taboo ... and you're waiting for their broker, who doesn't even know what, to call, to call you in two or three days. Result? I have communicated with them several times in the past and now in three days of my activity, they were not able to tell me the price of the property, so I bought a house for 17 miles today. How easy it is to lose a customer, right? Does the management even know what kind of employees they are not interested in the client? Got a phone call where the man on the phone laughed at me and made it very obvious how silly my inquiry was as prices of apartments in this are are x times this price. Yes amigo, you were right. I didn't read the description properly. Have I read it with more care, I wouldn't have needed to send you an email. I bet it felt good to call a potential customer and laugh at them over the phone. Well in the 21st century potential customers leave reviews about how companies treat them.
