Absolute dissatisfaction and FAMOUS ADVERTISING !!!! I contacted the real estate agency because it offers the product "REAL ESTATE PURCHASE" or "DEPOSIT 50-80% until the property is sold". It's a misleading advertisement because they told me to request a redemption that it's a risky location, and they don't state in the ad that the redemption depends on the quality of the location. They simply rejected it without making any price offers. The broker was nice and seemed handy, she also told me that she would give the price for my 4 flats higher, which I didn't want, but I agreed with her to mediate the sale of 4 flats, with the proviso that if it took longer, she would pay me advance on at least one of them, as advertised. Otherwise, I would not sign the cooperation and I would sell my apartments in a newly renovated house alone with my lawyer. The sale dragged on for 4 months, the flats were poorly advertised, so they appeared to the wrong group of people interested in the purchase, and I pointed this out several times, but the error remained there. I also asked for more intensive advertising on FB or elsewhere and I was told that it was sufficient. So I asked for a deposit and I was told that it would be too risky for RK. Again, advertising where a deposit is offered does not state that the deposit will be paid only under certain conditions. Does this mean that the real estate agency does not believe that it will sell above-standard renovated flats? Or can the real estate agency sell only new buildings in Prague and other locations are no longer interesting for them? In the end, I also negotiated with the sales director of RK Maxima and he originally tried to settle everything, but during my next complaint he offered me to end the cooperation. So I accepted it. This is how RK Maxima solves the reality problem, it simply ends the cooperation ... how simple, but it cost me 4 months without selling a single apartment (out of four) and thus I have lost profits. I just poured a misleading advertisement :-(

In mid-March 2022, I began looking for new tenants for my apartment, as the current ones moved into their own. I decided to contact Maxima Reality because I could not devote the necessary time to the whole process - taking photos, finding potential tenants, inspections, inspections, drafting contracts and other important activities. Honestly, I didn't expect how quickly and smoothly the whole process could go! Ing. Lenka Plešrová, and I must say that everything went absolutely wonderfully. It was already clear from the beginning that I could rely on Ms. Lenka for professional communication and process management in general - in a friendly atmosphere we clarified which direction I wanted to go when renting and what was expected of me on the other hand. Subsequently, in less than a week, my apartment was advertised with professional photos, there were several inspections and reservations of the apartment by a selected tenant (in my opinion very good) - in addition, speaking English, so the contracts had to be prepared bilingually. In addition, the client's employer was involved in the process (due to the language barrier) and demanded above-standard details in the contract, checking the functionality of the gas boiler, painting the apartment and other facts. Again, it was enough for me to give Ms. Lence her consent and immediately offer specialists in terms of time and price. Simply put, a contract was signed and the apartment rented in less than a week.
