As a foreigner who doesn’t speak Czech, I felt confident and pretty safe about the procedure. Leyla explained all the steps, all the questions and the necessary documents needed for the trade license. She arranged
everything for me and I received the trade number in few days, exactly as they describe in their website. I’ll definitely work with them again, without doubt one of the best customer services in Czech Republic. Kudos to the team of pexpats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended Pexpats from a friend who had used their services for Partnership Visa. I also wanted to apply for the Partnership Visa too.
I liked what I saw on their website but was a bit surprised about their prices. Compared to other agents and companies, they seemed a bit expensive.
But I went ahead. I was partly convinced by Milena about why they charge so much. I trusted them and went in.
After 7-8 months, I can safely say that it was a complete success. They took good care of me and my file. Whenever I had any issues, they were readily available on email and answered my queries except the weekend of course. They were professional about it and got the job done. Their team is on time and know their business.
If you can afford them, I would say go ahead and let them handle the entire thing. They are good at what they do.

And all the others - whom I couldn't remember all their names, were nice and helpful. I was definitely feeling secure knowing my documents were in good trusted hands.

She always responded quickly and it´s very clear that she knows very well what she is doing. The process was smooth and exactly as they told me it was going to be. BUT with Pexpats and their very professional team it worked like a charm. I got my Trade License, the immigration registration and health insurance set up within a blink. The communication from Leyla and team was flawless and proactive. I was very impressed and didn't had second of a doubt that I chose the right consultancy. Since then I've used them for a change in passport, and more recently for the new identity identity card scheme. The team are always quick to respond, the communication is good, and they are on time for meetings - not things you get often from service companies these days. I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them again.

Aside from helping me set up and run the business, they have also put together a fantastic set of resources for a Czech residency permit. The team is super quick to respond while being super helpful.
