★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodně vtipná pojišťovna. Po prodeji auta jsem chtěl vrátit přeplatek, ale přišel mi dopis, kde píší, že mi preplatek pošlou, až jim vrátím zelenou kartu. To je ovšem kus bílého papíru, který jsem si doma vytiskl. Byrokrati . Takže jediný, kdo tím získá, je Česká pošta.
 Very funny insurance company. After selling the car, I wanted to return the overpayment, but I received a letter stating that they would send me the overpayment when I returned the green card. But that's a piece of white paper I printed at home. Bureaucrats. So the only one who gets it is the Czech Post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše je ok dokud platíte :D ...ale jak má vyplatit pojišťovna peníze za pojistnou událost, sranda končí a chce to nervy ze železa....určitě doporučuju si připlatit stokorunu za pojištění u "normální" pojišťovny.
Everything is ok as long as you pay: D ... but how the insurance company has to pay the money for the insurance event, the fun ends and it takes the nerves out of the iron .... I definitely recommend paying a hundred crowns for insurance with a "normal" insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst insurance I have ever had. I unluckily had two accidents since I arrived to the Czech Republic. In the first one I broke my head I had a injury in my skull and in the second one I broke my toe. In both they didn’t cover it so I finished paying a lot of money, like three times the price of the insurance. At first they told me it’s an emergency (of course it’s an emergency) so they will cover but I had to pay and they will give me back in three months... it’s already four months and now they told me that I won’t have any money back because it wasn’t an emergency or something important... so if you are foreign and you are planning to die in the CŘ, maybe then they will cover it, if not be ready to pay a lot of money each time you go to the hospital.
Better get another one like Uniqa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I've had with insurance in Czech Republic. At the first good opportunity they will sell your debt to TARAKAN A.S. without letting you know. It happened not just to me but also to a friend of mine. Be super careful with this company, it's not customer-oriented. I will never use their services again notwithstanding cheaper prices. It's no worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no GP accepting Slavia. When calling them, they said Slavia is not paying them since 4 years ago. So I have to pay my own. They promissed me refund in 40 days and it is been 6 months. Trickery companie. When you sick, you are in trouble.
